About Us

Voice of Andenet is a branch of KINIJIT Support Group in the US established in May 2005. Our vision is to reach Ethiopians in the Diaspora with the latest news, information, commentary and analysis of the political situation in Ethiopia and its surroundings.

It is said that dreams are the roadmaps to the future, so our vision and dream is to build a country in which differences do not produce division, but instead equal opportunities and equal resources with dignity for all. We dream of a country in which life and that which supports life would be of the highest value, and receives the highest honor. Where freedom becomes the highest expression and judgment is never again visited by One upon another. A nation in which intolerance is never expressed and superiority is abolished where peace is more than the absence of war, but the presence of justice.

Our mission is to provide an outlet for the All Ethiopian Unity Party to reach Ethiopians regarding its activities in the struggle for social and economical justice in Ethiopia.

KINIJIT is the vanguard political party of the people of Ethiopia in their struggle for national unity and territorial integrity. KINIJIT advocates and works for the alleviation of poverty, ignorance and disease which are the archenemy of the people of Ethiopia. It also stands for the rule of law and respects human rights as stated in the universal declaration of Human Rights of the UN. KINIJIT endeavors for a democratic system in our society and ascertains the Ethiopian peoples ownership of power. It believes that political power emanates from the ballot box and is an essential instrument of the people to exercise their rights.
