Letter of Concern to Meles Signed by twelve (12) US Congress Members & High Ranking Government Authorities
Left: Henry Hide, US Charman of Committee for International Relations
Right: Lynn Woolsey, Member of US Congress
Left: Christopher Smith, Global Human Rights Division, SubCommittee onr Africa, Committee for International Relations Right: Diane Watson, Member of US Congress
Left: Tom Lantos, Ranking Democratic Member, Committee for International Relations
Right: Betty Mccollum, Member of US Congress
US government officials send a strong message of concern to Meles regarding the brutality and shooting of students and civilians using his private army "The notorious Agaazi". The letter also condemns his act in relation to the arrest of high ranking opposition officials as well as students and demands their immediate release. It was revealed yesterday that Meles and two of his TPLF associates Sebehate and Arkebe have amassed from the poorest people on earth 100 million in just one Bank without even counting the embezzled money by other officials and their other accounts and investment. How greedy and cruel can one be to the poorest?

The Rain Was Helpless to Stop Ethiopians in London and The Rally in Rome
Top: Pictures of London Rally, June 24
Bottom: Pictures of Rome Rally, June 22
It rained cuts and dogs, as they say, in London on Friday afternoon, 24 June 2005 and it only takes to be an Ethiopian to understand why to ignore such a downpour. The patriotic songs were turning the pouring rain into irrelevant hitch.
Even non-Ethiopians joined in the rally and condemned the atrocities!. The Rome Rally also ended successfully on June 22.

Mother mourning the death of two sons and families talk about their grief on the death of the innocents
Abraham Yilma, 18, came running out of the house and called his mother shouting that his brother was shot. Both of them went out, and as Abraham took a step to pick up his brother, he saw the person who shot him.
This is one of the many tragic events caused by the reckless and savage call of the angry officals of EPRDF that lost their sits during the election. Bad losers like Berket Simon do not want to give in their power and are still running the show in Ethiopia and their leader Meles is comfortably hiding behind hoping to keep his position as Blair's Mr. Commission for Africa. The news of the tragic victims of Meles's Agaazi forces have started reaching the international and public medias.

A Reminder for the Call for Help for Ethiopian Airforce Pilots who Defected to Djibouti
Clip of the Letter to Andenet Voice: The current situation in Ethiopia is tense and has become a hot burning issue in the air force. Some of its members who are truly Ethiopians condemned the fact that EPRDF or Agazi troops murdered many innocent students and people of Ethiopia. The EPRDF regime is currently trying to intimidate the Ethiopian Air force members and challenge its mistake by calling for endless meetings and sparking accusations against of one another. It is not even allowed among the Airforce members to talk each other as friends and sharing small messages. Talking on telephone on such matters is unthinkable.

Fox: How can Africa Commission have credibility when Britain is forced to suspend aid to one of its
Shadow Foreign Secretary Liam Fox has today highlighted the inconsistency in the Government's policy towards Ethiopia, after the UK withdrew £20m aid in response to election protests last week in which 36 people died. Ethiopia's President, Meles Zenawi, remains a member of Tony Blair's Africa Commission.
Liam Fox said: "If the Government has suspended an increase in aid to Ethiopia in the aftermath of the shootings last Sunday, is this a sign of disapproval? If so, why is President Meles Zenawi allowed to remain on the Prime Minister's Africa Commission? How can the Commission have any credibility in calling for more aid to Africa when Britain is forced to suspend aid to one of its members?"

US State Department Spokesperson, MR. McCormacK, question and answer briefing on Ethiopia, June 15
Question: Ethiopia is, as I told you last time, a strategy partner for the U.S. in fight against terrorism. The people who are protesting here or living here — residing in the U.S., even in Ethiopia, think that you are supporting a murderer, that's how they — I mean, understand. So if you are allied with the U.S., are you going to be exempted from being denounced of killing peoples?
